We manufacture critical parts for automotive industries. As most of these products requires stringent specifications and are exposed to extreme working environment, only high temperature silicone or EPDM material is used. We use materials that are specially formulated to meet ALL the required specifications ranging from Tensile strengths to Heat Ageing to Dielectric Capabilities as stipulated in SAE/ ASTM/ ISO standards.

In-line with its quality objective, we strive to use the most effective and efficient molding techniques to ensure its molding competitiveness in the molding industry.

Apart from stringent material selection and control, it is also essential that all manufacturing processes are in control.  Keys to the manufacturing process control includes monitoring of electronic temperature and cycle control of all presses, accurate pressure regulation, calibrated post cure ovens, a clean working environment and the ability to match the best trim methods for each part.  Another key element is our knowledgeable staff and a streamlined management system that allows us to act upon line input, in real time.

Trim and Finishing

Finished Parts Without Secondary Trimming…

Along with compound selection, choice of manufacturing method, and tool design, the method by which the excess rubber or flashing is removed is determined. Deflashing is accomplished by either hand trimming, machine trimming, or by the use of cryogenics.

By properly designing the mold, the flash extension and thickness can be kept at a minimum, resulting in a finished part that is frequently acceptable to the customer right out of the mold, without any secondary trimming.

In the event where trimming is necessary, we prefer the usage of Cryogenics Deflashing Machine.   This machine uses nitrogen to freeze the part to below 120°C, and minimize handling of products and hence eliminating the issues of under/ over trim or accidental damage of product by sharp cutting tools.

Assembly Processes

We deploy automatic cut-strip-crimp and semi-automatic cut and strip machine in its assembly process. This is further enhanced with a host of crimpers that are equipped with custom made applicators to ensure quality crimps.   Crimping heights and shapes are regularly checked to ensure that every piece of our wires is crimped to provide optimum wire retention strength.

Every process in the assembly line is checked from time to time to ensure that wires are done according to specifications required.  In addition, each wiresets is checked for conductivity and leakages before they are packed.

A lean cell concept is also practiced to ensure that we are flexible to handle not only long production runs but also short and demanding orders.
