Quality Policy
- To effectively and efficiently supply molded rubber products and ignition wire sets globally
- To achieve highest customers satisfaction
- To maximize the value of stakeholders at all times
- To monitor actual performance of the established quality objectives per requirements of ISO/TS16949:2002
We strive to provide the highest customer satisfaction through excellent process quality. We continuously improve our processes to ensure good quality and consistent product.
We believe that quality is the true measure of a World-Class Manufacturer. We invest heavily to continuously upgrade and enhance our manufacturing and laboratory facilities. Rigorous training programs are developed to bring new employees up to speed while experience personnel are periodically exposed to in house quality seminar. Leadership qualities are also cultivated through our Staff Advancement Program (PSAP) to continuously mould each employee into future leaders.
Process metrics and KPIs are closely controlled and monitored throughout key manufacturing process to sustain good quality product. Key material properties (i.e. cure characteristics, physical property of elastomeric compounds); key process parameters (i.e. press temperature) and critical dimensions are continuously collected and analyzed for immediate corrective action to be executed. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used wherever feasible to detect potential data shift and also to gear towards a more capable process. In addition, we’re constantly monitoring and improving our cost of quality.
From quality assurance capability survey of our vendors to process capability studies for determining if a tool can constantly produce to customer expectations, we work in partnership with both our suppliers and customers.
ISO/TS16949:2002 Certifications
After 6 years into business, We achieved its ISO/TS16949:2002 certifications from Kiwa International GMBH of Germany for its rubber molding and wire assembly operations and ISO9001:2000 for its trading division.
This is in-line with its believe to be a world class manufacturer. There are only a few rubber molding and ignition wire assembly companies in the world achieve this certification.
Implementation of Electronic Resource Planning (ERP)
As part of the corporate policy to be effective and efficient in its supply of molded rubber products and ignition wire sets, we have also invested heavily into Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) to pace the future expansion of the Group without overly expanding and relying human resources.
