Data on cure characteristics and physical properties of elastomeric compounds, process parameters such as press temperature, and critical dimensions of molded parts are continuously collected. Data are then analyzed and any necessary corrections are made immediately.

After merely 6 years into business, we strive to be a world-class manufacturer. The company achieve its ISO/TS16949:2002 certifications from Kiwa International GMBH of Germany for its rubber molding and wire assembly operations and ISO9001:2000 for its trading division.
This is in-line with it’s believe to be a world class manufacturer. Only a few rubber molding and ignition wire assembly companies in the world have achieved this certification.
Implementation of Electronic Resource Planning (ERP)
As part of the corporate policy to be effective and efficient in its supply of molded rubber products and ignition wire sets, We have also invested heavily into Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) to pace the future expansion of the Group without overly expanding and relying human resources.
Laboratory Equipment
PRO-TEC MARKETING SDN. BHD. operates one of the most complete and modern rubber and ignition wire laboratory in the region. The equipments allow us to test ignition wires and wire components to meet the complete requirements of SAEJ2032, ISO3808 and ISO6856 standards.
Few laboratories in the region have the equipment to test this requirement as ignition wires are are relatively specialized product.
This allows us to fully understand the materials and components which goes into the production of an ignition wire. We believe in order to make a high quality ignition wire sets, we must have a in-depth understanding of product.
State-of-the-art Equipment
During manufacturing, we check the dimension of the parts at regular intervals and enter the data into our database. Statistical process control charts are then generated. and being used to monitor and control our manufacturing operations.
